Marine01, Thanks for your informative post, I am extreamly interested in your writting calls/puts over the shares that you own. I have done the same , but overall, I have lost out by being exercised when there has been a sudden increase in share price thereby losing potential capital gain , but I guess a profit is a profit. I would appreciate an insight into your criteria in writting an option. Bear in mind I am fairly new to this .
I would also like to thank all the posters such as yourself, big Roddy and madmacs for all the contributions as a beginner I find them most helpfull
