Agree. By the same logic, I'm buying half now and leaving some powder dry to average down if OEL falls. The reality is on any given day they could announce a Cinco go ahead and we will not see sub-10c again for a very long time. Or they could announce a deferral or cancellation (as discussed above) and drop about a cent, temporarily. Either way, the upside-downside looks very attractive given the certain element of their program and we can only hope today is the day... or tommorrow.... or etc etc.
And then theres the macro... Hmmm....
