BHPP have spent north of US$100M of seismic on the various Philippine licences they are looking at. That would be a huge loss if they walked away from that expenditure. Cannot see that happening.
Philippines and Indonesia are the two growing economies in SE Asia at present and demand for energy in both these countries can only go up.
