This is an excellent deal for GRN but for some reason the punters can't figure it out.

The minerals division will be in a separate company with only 37m issued shares so any discovery will have massive leverage.

The diamonds will be in a separate company cashed up by BHP and new diamond savy investors and shareholders will get a free shares in this company in the same amount as their holding in GRN.

They are not required to put up any money.

When the dust settles and without any discovery, I'm feeling that shares in each company will trade about 40 cents, giving current shareholders a doubling of their value.
