Bhushan directors are like a half-dozen raw eggs
They may look hard and sturdy on the outside - but it's nothing that a few shareholders armed with eggbeaters can't fix
That's probably a bit harsh... eggs aren't that bad. Given that the current board has done nothing productive in the last 6 months, you could argue that a bunch of eggs could run it better (and not to mention much cheaper)
