I can't see this being allowed to be taken over.
We've already had discussions about the link with Exergen via Ian and that Ian's placement was possibly orchestrated to provide a platform for Exergen to demonstrate their technology.
If there is any merit to this, then no way would they jepardise their hard work by letting someone else have control of the company - unless of course it was a HUGE offer that couldn't be refused.
