I can only assume Tap will not be participating in Bianchi-1 since no mention is made in Presentations.

My guess is that interested parties are currently conducting due diligence on Zola/Tallaganda before presenting their offers. As I don't believe this would be a protracted process my guess is that we will all know shortly.
