    Well mogra and bugalugs always get it wrong so I'd say a take over is out of the question . Kelvin could tip more money in but that would only allow them to keep up the 10% interest payments to him . The sensible option would be to sell the farm they squandered shareholder money on but they wouldn't get 2 quarters out of it .
    VA would be the the best bet . Then the holders could at least have a loss for tax purposes .
