Jesus, the 2nd Adam = Man was to build a House for God 2 Sam 7:12-14, or you might say, through the curtain being torn, reopened the House, Door, so you can come to the pasture = the Word of God, the Word which Jesus was given.
Jesus was NOT the head of this House back in Gen. The house, Kingdom was given to him, He was appointed as the Door, Cornerstone etc and the mortar for us to bond to this Cornerstone is The Word = the word of God.
