Do people still make the claim that the Bible is the unaltered Word of God?
I think you have demonstrated how there may be small sections of the Bible that are divinely influenced, but clearly the rest is just a compilation of hearsay and works that substantiate religious points of view.
No work could pass through so many filters and come out the other side as any more than an approximation of the original teachings and scripture.
