I think they are picking one ie disc out of the back area and plan to see it through because they have $, don't wish to loose control (Cephlon/ Teva) and see great prospects (shorter time line than CHF and just as profitable. Spinal fusion is clearly up for partnership. That will reduce cash burn rate.
