You overlook the fact that they have cut around $550m from their R&D budget, yet CHF remains on their pipeline. Patently those savings are being directed not just to their core focus areas, but to their late stage efforts. Go to www.clinicaltrials.gov if you have doubts about Teva's commitment in this area.
