thanks for the link. Still looks a bit confusing to me.
Does a .003 buyer only place the order during pre-open if there are sufficient .001 shares on offer, because otherwise his order will get processed at .002 ? What would happen, though, if the bid @.003 didn't trade in pre-open when open trading begins? Or would the buyer pull the order seconds before open ?
So is this type of bidding legal ?
