While they are happily soaking up heads at 90c they tempt holders by offering liquidity from time to time - ie if you want to get out here is your chance.
They do the same with oppies - put the bid in and see how many get exited and want to sell so stack offers in - when they discover no one joins the offer and people stop selling at 90c then it is time to move up. Until then - why would you pay up?
