i used to hold this as peptech, its a real shame this offer , i hope it does not go thru, with cash in the bank there is no need for this takeover/merger at the present time .
it does not value the future projects well at all
and royalties, if they need extra cash have a placement ot get a new stake holder .i dont hold the stock but im again the deal. i have been meaning to re enter the stock
