There are bill comparison websites already out there where you can upload a bill to or sign up for them to manage your retail selection. This product may be better though. Signing up / converting customers will be a challenge and is unproven. This will be resisted by retailers as it will challenge their profits. The potential outcome if successful is that it takes all prices close to the mean therefore reducing the benefit of the product. It's success will be its demise.

I don't doubt it will be useful and probably make some profit, but it isn't better than sliced bread.
