All of this could be smokes and mirros and we don't know if SDL and the PRC have already agreed to a final price (despite the media campaign).

Having said that, there are legal implications regarding SDL's ASX announced takeover FAQ about the price can't be lowered than 57 cents. Lets just wait for the SDL release first. I am sure someone will pursue this issue with the regulators or legal channels (a lot of money is at stake).
