I've had shares in Companies compulsorily acquired even though the IER said that the offer was NOT fair but it was reasonable.

The Cameroon govt seems to be very "tight" with the Chinese. I was concerned that SDL might not be in a position to simply reject a lowball offer.

So I bailed months ago when this thing started to drag on.

Good luck to all holders. I really hope you get a counter bid. That would certainly get things moving upwards. And who says it wont happen? Maybe there are other suitors waiting in the wings, biding their time.
