the Independent Xpert Report will not give you an exact valuation number... It will give you a range of values.. Placing a precise dollar value on them is likely to imply a misleading accuracy to a valuation.

It will state whether the transaction is fair and reasonable in summary.... There is no doubt in my mind or most our minds it will say the offer is fair and reasonable.

Not many deals of this size have been squashed by a IER not saying fair and reasonable.

The Bid wont be 75c. ( but live the dream you can)..It will be less than 57c...... The IER will not be produced before a price is agreed to this week...

An Independent Expert’s Report (IER) provides impartial and credible advice to investors. It is presented clearly and concisely and contains:

•a summary of the proposed transaction
•a description of the purpose and objectives of the report, including a discussion of the basis for providing an opinion
•an analysis of the businesses involved
•a description of the industries in which those businesses operate
•detailed analysis of the proposed transaction, usually including a valuation of one or more entities
