Good point about the bid not being made final. I reiterate today's trade is all WNI-WNI tango.

As the stock will never be delisted prior to compulsory acquisition, they must continue to acquire on market.

Any broker representing their client or any sensible share holder would know.

What we all know is that the price will continue to creep up. Hence (I have my doubts as to how many unaware sellers were actually caught unawares with their sell orders).

I mean why would anyone even sell at less than $2.5 when they had all the time in the world and then suddenly panicked and sell into a manipulated share price plunge.
