You've got to love ROC's justification for not upping their offer: initially (early June) valued AZA at $1.65/share. Since then, average fall of medium/juniors has been 29%, AZA's fall 30%, but ROC's fall 44%. Therefore, according to ROC, the relative falls have been about the same. What malarkey!
