    The USA data centre is not SYG's. They are just negotiating use of it for data-incrypt clients presumably in the USA to avoid bandwidth fees to Australia. Thats how I read it anyway, nothing significant just a small cost saving.

    The significant software is SMX and to a lesser extent data-incrypt. From more research I have done SMX is revolutionary. Not sure on the patent front but presumably they have applied for them.
