I know bugger all about patents but I read the AFR and there are alot of court actions in the USA over patents which describe a process. Companies filed patents willy nilly with descriptions of ways to do things and now from what I have read they are holding up in court. So if noone else has a process that can encrypt an email, send it to someone who can then decrypt it without getting special software to do it, surely that is unique.
I might ring the company and ask, if I can be bothered. Have done numerous searches on data-incrypt SMX but nothing much about the actual process and the software required on the net.
