I think IOOF continue to sell as last week one broker sold 5mil shares without buying a single share and continue to sell at any price this week.

Hunter Hall have come in a snapped up stock at 40 plus cents so @ current price of 32 cents it is cheap.

All you doubters refer to the website which shows more stores opening up which increases sales and takes both debt and expenses off CDR. Plus they continue to win Government contracts no I doubt Government departments would be keen to enter into 3 year contracts if they felt CDR was going belly.

My friend in the industry continues to hear a 60 cent bid that the board is working on but thats not to stay a higher bid may not come in once this is lodged.

I have also heard that the CFO has been in the data room almost all of last week with prospective teams of buyers running them through the business.

Remeber Management own about 15 mil shares in CDR which were once worth $2.50 or approx $37 mil now they are 32 cents and worth approx $4mil....seems like a pretty big incentive to make the company work and perhaps thats why they are not even that keen to sell it ??

Who knows..but I continue to hold tight for a bid a picked up some more @ the close today @ 32 cents and will buy again tomorrow at these levels if I can.

I am sure they will want to have some news before the AGM
