Why not indeed!,recent board seemed unable to get this thing moving,financing by bring on a Joint Venture partner with experience in such projects may not be a bad idea @ all.Perhaps North Sound have been working behind the scenes with potential suitor and are prepared to deliver Suitor their % of AIM for a hefty premium??.Would be one way for a Hedge Fund to make a quick buck(and keep their impatient/big returns now investors happy!)
