    Well the recent capital raising was for $50 Million. So thats 25 million shares. And i would imagine a lot were sold for loses, that doesnt leave too many shares at $2 compared to the number of issued shares at 274million. Many who purchaed at $2 maybe happy with $1.80 or a nice premium to the current price.
