Disagree with the sentiment that they should halt - see no reason for it, market is informed, stock wasn't trading when Cameron told the company of his intentions and they updated market before the next open.

Can't halt trading in every company that may get a bid, on conjecture or speculation - what happens if it doesn't come? how long would you halt it for? a week, a month, longer. This would be bad for shareholders. Let it trade.
