    Clearly nobody knows what's going on here. I'm inclined to think the PE takeover idea is real, but if that was the case, I'd expect the SP to be closer to $1.60 in anticipation of a $1.80 to $2 takeover price. Until it gets closer to $1.60, the market really doesnt know what to make of all of this.
