I suspect there will be a certain number of holders who like the new plan, but they have been able to buy in the bargain basement recently, and there will nto be many of these. The majority do not seem to like the excitement and want something more boring and predictable. I think if they go for 80%, they can retain the listing, and help those who want to leave get out, and allow the believers to remain in. I reckon 180 would do the job
