BB its post’s like yours that make me question my self why I post on forums…
I’m happy to speak my mind, I will tell you the truth about what ever you ask…
Since you seem to be attacking me, I will add that I have the courage to sell if I think I should… you consistently down ramp EXM yet hold stock, kind of ironic wouldn’t you think?…
I personally think I may have made the wrong decision to let go of my holdings. However when you consider the amount I was holding and the potential to turn that in to 100% gain with another stock in the next couple of weeks wouldn’t you grab money from stocks that are easy to re-enter at another time and more then likely sitting at the same levels that I sold at…
Damn it, I’ll just spill some of my thoughts ok….
You want the truth, here is the truth:
You’re probably aware Alex is a former stockbroker with many years experience in the corporate sector and the management of public companies. He is Executive Director of Spartan Nominees Pty Ltd, Chairman of Odin Energy Ltd, Managing Director of Excalibur Mining Limited, Director of Wesbeam Pty Ltd and Hawkesbridge Limited, independent Director of the WA Local Government Superannuation Plan, Chairman of Inovax Ltd and the Sealanes Group.
There is no doubt in my mind that EXM needs a focused management team to get this puppy earning some serious money, hence one of my posts “I think the new management team would be a blessing in disguise”… Considering Alex is a busy man with his fingers in many pies as I think you put it once, it would be hard for him to give EXM the 100% attention it deserves… So in hindsight he is doing the right thing at present by setting up new management, along with the potential to get EXM into production if a company is willing to meet the terms of an agreed JV… I personally would like to see the ball rolling a little faster; I gave myself 12 months to hold and give it a fair chance…
However I needed access to dollars to buy what I think is a sure thing yesterday, had to let go of either EXM or BCN, I chose EXM… I thought it right to let you guys know considering I have posted a bit on the EXM threads…
……………………….
I can give you the huge positives for holding EXM, in which I pretty much have in the recent past, and I can give you the negatives (probably more what you would like to hear BB)…
Hear is a negative, and something I find strange and bewildering…
I received a call from Alex out of the blue late one night, I wasn’t expecting a call from him, I only ever rang him that one time in which you are all aware of as I posted my conversation here.… the call came after the recent 30mil volume traded, Alex himself surprised in the volume considering nothing was announced… Why would he ring me? Well I’m still confused a little about that, not really worth getting into… I really gave some serious thought to things we talked about, to be honest I think some one is accumulating stock for a TO… hutchley says there is no accumulation cause he is using the MFI, personally that is not a good indicator for such a penny stock… for example, at times I love to play a game on a stock to make some quick money, have a few favourites, there so predictable and easy: if I hold a large amount of shares in a penny stock, lets say EXM for example, 10million shares J, I want to accumulate more at lower prices, so I put my 10million up to sell, holders get itchy and let go at market value, mean while I have near 20 million buy orders spread out at much lower prices, hopefully a few stop losses are triggered and presto I accumulate more stock at lower prices, at times I have even sold to myself to influence a sell of… crazy, but it works and happens all the time in easy manipulative stocks… back to my main point…. At one stage in the conversation Alex mentioned a lot of Asian buyers starting to pop up on the registry holding large amounts (geez I probably shouldn’t mention this, but who am I really), I thought about this after I got of the phone, hence my query about the top 40..
Just say, hypothetical of course, a few guys want to take control of EXM how would they do that, simply by holding 51% of the shares on issue… at the current share prices this would only take $6million to achieve… so hence, 3 or more guys each start loading up over a period of time, then one day they transfer all there holdings into one name (more then likely an existing company name), hence total control, a hostile take over.. And with the value of EXM in the ground a billionaire may see EXM as easy pickings… food for thought, probably far fetched, though this goes on more then given credit…
Thing is BB, I know Alex reads these posts on HC for a fact, he even mentioned your HC name and would like to set you straight on a few things you attacked him on …fat salary etc… I think you should ring him mate, take your frustration out on him not me…
In regards to your comment about me asking Alex for a job, I didn’t know I needed one.. Personally I don’t think they could afford my services… I actually would be willing to give up my day trading to be part of the management team for EXM and get this gold up in the blink of an eye, my sales abilities are extreme, and personally EXM just needs to be sold to investors, after all they have the goods, just need to twist a few arms to let go of there money…
I think there is accumulation going on… possible hostile takeover… EXM wont fade away to nothing BB, its just a matter of time, if you don’t have the patience, just sell em mate, stop torturing yourself with trying to find a reason why your holding.
Heaps more I want to say, but holy moly, I think I said enough already….
