re: bid unlikely to succeed Unfortunately since it's a friendly takeover they probably have the numbers to takeover without raising the offer.

I think they only need 75% acceptance....with 71% owned by the top 20....it looks like they'll do the rounds of the top 20 to convince them...

They only need another 4% and they can go for compulsory acquisition of shares.

Before you know it the stock is delisted and there is a cheque in the mail......:-(
