re: bid unlikely to succeed I think cuompulsory does not happen till 90pct and not 75pct. The way i read it is unless a alternative offer priced substantially higher than this is recd - the mgmt is in bed with this offer. They have also provided an option to match it and a break fee of 1pct. My reading as that the entity will remain listed and a new entity will be there in the ratio of 1 for every 4 shares held - need to work together to ensure we protect out investments
