It's always a concern for me when governments\politics get involved, that's when logic for best outcomes go out the door and corruption takes a seat. However there he are a couple of mitigating points. 1. IQ wont want failure on their hands. .
2. If EMC has US gov support, it would have been from the Trump administration and they're gone or at least have less influence.
