I don't see how SYA can lose in this scenario even if they lose the NAL bid. EMC will need to get their raw material from somewhere given that the NAL deposit does not produce the grade required. So, even if EMC win the bid war they will most likely turn to SYA for their raw materials. Win win situation as I see it. Could be wrong. All IMO
