So... we have our rival for the bid - a company currently specializing in solutions consulting for critical minerals with the aim to acquire mining and refining assets for the latter... They seem to have the backing of the US government as per the floating articles but I still believe we have the right kind of solution for NAL.

Even if we don't win the bid, just the mere fact that most of the problem for NAL is due to incompatibilities with ore feed (presumably with high traces of detrimental elements to refining), and if SYA is confident that Authier blend will solve this... then maybe EMC will also come to SYA table to scoop our ore?
But if I'm the monitor... Why will i go to a company that ultimately doesn't have the key ingredient to solve NAL?
