Personally i'd be happy with that end 2011.
Would rather see some premium placed on first to market outside China. "Fairly priced" as PVF stated unlikely to change (unfortunately) with a projected static max production this year, unless REE basket climbs or further cuts by China.
Traders will want $2.30 again.
Buy and holders will want blue sky.
I want a holiday!
