    How quickly the management change their attitude to takeover offers.
    They are now recommending shareholders accept the $0.31 a share offer from Maiwald but when Minemakers offered $0.29 a share they stated it was GROSSLY UNDERVALUED????
    Considering the current UCL share price i think all holders will jump at this offer?
