I don't think so nobull. The revaluation etc of Mehdiabad happened long before Mawarid came on the scene. They are here for Sandpiper in conjunction with their other investments in undersea exploration.

Sandpiper and Mawarid combined are a boon of sorts for us in a very difficult marketplace. I don't see 31 cents as a good price on long term measures, in fact I don't like it at all on those grounds but it is an excellent price in the market right now with difficult trading conditions ahead.

Time to take back the capital and move on I think. The on market aspect makes it easy to do so.
