Is that a drafting omission in the bider's statement?
The information line says bidder's document will be mailed to shareholders in January 2010.
I see that UBS Nominees have today lodged a substantial shareholder notice, having become a substantial shareholder of Indophil on 21 December 2009 (now having 5.36% of Indophil shares).
