    As an Afren holder I would be surprised and disappointed if they through FHN did not pre-empt their rights.

    The risks relating to this offer seem to be increasing. Lower cash position than we were lead to believe, risk of losing our only near term production asset, therefore increasing the funding risk going forward to what we have as JKA.
