    Yes great sign, although i would have thought a few more buyers would have jumped at the 7c - 7.2 as at 5pm today they will be worth 8c for every 2 out of 3, that offcourse if the other mob don't come back today with a counter offer. Watch closely today anything could happen, but one thing for sure is it wont be going down.
