    Blake is right it was mentioned in the past couple of announcements if not the most recent, read up the last 3 or 4 announcements as the useful info is spread over more than one announcement rather than repeated in each announcement.

    Why Friday?

    30 June (Sunday) is the deadline for the decision but it could still happen sooner, 50% is a big miss out if your not in before a Trading Halt

    It appears Dingyi has made it clear in the news of its intentions, even obtaining finance DYOR
