I will be waiting to check out the market sp as at about 3 days before the closing date before making up my mind. The main problem I see is that its too small a number of shares. I could be wrong but if any shares are not taken up I think they will subsequently be snapped up by the longer term investors who will save on brokerage. Strange that the sp drops to just under the offer price almost as if the intent is to discourage shareholders from taking up the shares. Coincidently Ive noticed how the buy volume dropped markedly after the big boys got there shares from Bell Potter and it was announced an allocation would go to existing holders. It seems to me that someone does want those 36 million shares at 10c and they want the lot.
