Good buying here - trading at around 3.5x forward EBITDA which is just way too low. Amazing tender pipeline too.
Will re-rate up to $1.90+ if it continues to demonstrate operational stability in Africa (no major incidents or client withdraws in 3Q20) and will go back above $2.10 if it converts on new tender opportunities.
