What about the dilution factor? 77.33 million new shares issued.
Posted this in day traders thread which was the wrong place so have reposted here for your thoughts.
If i have this wrong pleas eadvise and i will get some TTY otherwise may be too late?
Shares on issue - 265,121,141 shares (excludes options and performance rights)
Issuing 77,330,000 new shares to Noble (42.23 million now and another 35.1 million in 6 months time)
New shares gives us a dilution of 29.16% (77,330,000 div 265,121,141 current shares)
The share price paid for the new shares is 45 cents divided by the dilution factor of 30% (i rounded up a bit) = a 31.5 cents per share which equals the current share price of 31.5 cents so is about right with no more room for profits?
Not sure if i am applying the correct math for this though?
