Cheers. Don't think the media is too focussed on a $40-50M transaction. As for talking to many other interested parties, I don't doubt their word though it sounds like real estate talk - "yes, we have many interested parties". I don't hold a huge parcel and management does have good credentials. More than happy to sit back and see this play out. p.s Don't think Foxes will want to pay any more than they have to. Which means - higher bid only if other suitors come into play or the takeover offer is rejected and they see value above 22c. Nothing is a given.
