    I agree... wallets are out... the clever guys are making opportunistic moves on low cost acerage in good areas.. Buying when the market is washed out..that is what you have to look for.
    I am with you that the bidding war will ensue and I can see shareholders agreeing to 30c offer and also options at 25c will be in the money..
    Due diligence started with 30-45 day process and then the bidding starts...
    Very tight stock and not easy to pick up stock on market..
