Yep - fair comment, I can see where you're coming from...
Technically I am fudging, but, I was just using the NPV to anchor some kind of equity value to SRL.
I'm assuming this is ballpark where SRL BOD will be trying to pitch the JV transaction to OEMs.
Discounting JV cash flows should come to similar ballpark - intangible is control of critical resources supply which should = premium...
