Hummms, Bridge is a very good analogy. Four aces in one's hand is a huge advantage as it means you can take control of the game, and if you and your partner bid a "Grand Slam" ( 13 tricks) in no trumps ( and make them)you get a medal and certificicate. If you bid 3 no trumps (9 tricks) and you make 13 you just get a few extra points. It is a complex game and has a lot in common with the things the management are doing. I think they are going for the Grand Slam.
