USA Exim is a distinct possibility via GM, in addition, GM had an additional capital commitment based upon the FID completion.
The red herring in this will be Phase 2, which was in a scooping study. There would be a question of if / or when GM would want to push through.
However, being sanguine, Phase 1 looks like it has a a distinct possibility in being covered by debt financing with GM (and) LG buying more equity
